Build 2024-03-12

This build contains the following new features:

• A new harmonized data source for Program Data content. This data source is only visible to administrators (i.e. recipients of administrative notifications from the Neuron® via XMPP), and it contains a tree structure of nodes mirroring the files in the ProgramData folder corresponding to the Neuron® instance. Via this data source, an administrator can now:

  • Create, rename, delete and edit folders and files in the ProgramData folder and subfolders, corresponding to the Neuron®, without having to use RDP.
  • Configure folder and file attributes.

• Harmonized IoT Interface now supports definition of dynamic attributes for options and content-types. This permits the management of objects with runtime-bindable options.
• Editable objects with properties that correspond to editable multi-line text (i.e. string[]), can now have associated Internet Content-Type information associated with it. This means that clients that present or let users edit content in such objects, can adapt to the type of content represented.

  • The WPF Client in the IoT Gateway repository for instance, now present content using different syntax highlighting schemes, depending on the type of content being edited.

The build also contains the following fixes:

• The dir chat admin command has been optimized. Due to locks, the previous version could take considerable time to complete. Now, the command returns instantly, regardless if files are used or not.
• Neuron® data sources are now only viewable by administrators via harmonized IoT interfaces over XMPP. Earlier, it was sufficient to have an accepted presence subscription to see the presence of the data sources and their nodes. Data sources concerned are: Client connections, server connections, data (event log), and protocol statistics.
