Build 2026-04-17

This release contains the following new features:

• Maximum Length of Thing Registry Tag Names has been increased from 32 to 64 to comply with proposed standard.

• Support for JSON-RPC and corresponding Content-Types.

The release also contains the following fixes:

• Capping number of meta-data tags allowed to register in Thing Registry to 100.

• Stack Overflow exception when trying to JSON encode delegates has been fixed.

• Avoiding use of negative coefficients in Weierstrass Elliptic Curve definitions (such as NIST P-curves).

• Use of nonstandard hash algorithms and hash digest lengths with ECDSA.

• NIST P-521 ECC signatures & validation.

• JSON Internet Content-Type in HTTP responses, for non-default accept headers.
